Every piece in the Greyinklab collection is hand-sculpted from concrete over a mesh armature — no moulds are used at any stage. Some pieces are left in their natural plaster tone, sealed and polished. Others are hand-painted after the structure is complete. Each one is built individually, from scratch.
Yes. Because no moulds are used, every piece varies slightly in surface texture, weight, and tone — even pieces with the same name. What you receive will not be identical to the photograph, and that is intentional.
Both. They are designed to hold a standard tissue box and to earn a permanent place in a room. Function and form are not separated here.
Not currently. Each piece is made in the finish shown on its product page.

Add your chosen piece to cart, select finish if applicable, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Since all pieces are made to order, we begin work shortly after an order is confirmed. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
We currently ship pan-India.
All pieces are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for your piece to be made, inspected, and dispatched. This is not a delay — it is how we ensure each piece receives the time it needs.
Each piece ships in custom concrete packaging designed to protect it in transit. It is inspected and photographed before packing.
A tracking link will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
If your piece arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund — but you must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the packaging and the piece as it is opened. Claims made without an unboxing video cannot be processed. Write to us at greyinklab@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the video.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, since every piece is made specifically to order. If you have a concern, write to us and we will do our best to help.
