Greyinklab is a concrete sculpture studio based in Delhi, India, operating under the trademark Greyinklab. Our website facilitates the sale of hand-sculpted concrete objects directly to customers across India.

By using the Greyinklab website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All pieces sold on our website are hand-sculpted and made to order. Because no moulds are used, each piece varies slightly in surface texture, weight, and tone. These variations are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are representative. The piece you receive will not be identical to the images shown, and this is by design.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you have provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• You have read and agree to these terms

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Razorpay. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.

Since all pieces are made to order, cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation and your order will proceed to production.

To request a cancellation, write to us at greyinklab@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We ship pan-India. All orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days of order confirmation. A tracking link will be provided once your order ships.

Greyinklab is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

If your piece arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund subject to the following:

• You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the packaging and the piece as it is opened
• The video and a written description of the damage must be sent to greyinklab@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Claims made without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of claim approval.

All designs, product names, images, and content on this website are the property of Greyinklab and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The Greyinklab name and mark is a registered trademark.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Greyinklab's liability in relation to any order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
