return policy.

Greyinklab ships pan-India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

All pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 7–10 working days for your piece to be made, photographed, inspected, and dispatched.

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Each piece is packed in custom packaging designed specifically for concrete objects. We inspect and photograph every piece before it leaves the studio. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Because every piece is made specifically to your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund under the following condition: you must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the outer packaging and the piece being opened. This video must be shared with us at greyinklab@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage claims made without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive a piece different from what you ordered, contact us at greyinklab@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
